  • Create a city, county and state wide protection database connecting police, courts, and social services.
  • Ensure real-time sharing of protection orders and related case updates.
  • Prevent conflicting or outdated orders through automated cross-checking.

3. Interagency Coordination

  • Establish a city and county task forces combining law enforcement, courts, and social service agencies.
  • Provide joint training to improve communication and consistent enforcement.
  • Partner with schools and community centers for early prevention.

4. Fairness and False Reporting

  • Protect due process while investigating reports of domestic violence.
  • Penalize proven false reports without discouraging genuine victims.
  • Offer support services for both victims and the accused during investigations.

5. Support and Social Services
